A few years ago I only used to listen to reggae from the seventies,
including Bob Marley & The Wailers,
Burning Spear,
Gregory Isaacs, Lee
Perry and many others. For almost ten years I wore dreadlocks and
looked like a Bavarian Rasta, driving a car painted
in red, gold and green, the Ethiopian colours. Later I started listening to African music, mostly from Zimbabwe (Thomas Mapfumo, Bhundu Boys, etc.) and South Africa (Stimela, Mahlatini, Ladysmith Black Mambazo and others). I visited Zimbabwe twice. I also quite like Brasilian music such as Bossa Nova and Saudade and some kinds of Jazz. As I got older my tastes have become more and more diverse.
